Council meets the second and the fourth Wednesday of every month at 9:00 a.m. in the Village of Hines Creek Council Chambers located upstairs in the Municipal Complex at 212-10th Street. Members of the public are welcome to attend Regular and Special Meetings of Council.
If you would like to attend as a delegation, or add anything to the Agenda, please contact Village Administration at (780) 494-3690 by Thursday of the week prior to the meeting and submit the completed delegation form.
Any changes to the meeting schedule or if a Special Council meeting is called the time and date will be posted on the front door of the office and on the website.
